Imitations - Single Leg Up Downs

S2SK2A stands for Side to Side Knee to Ankle. This imitation is a progression from the S2S imitation. Once weight has transfered over the support or "glide" leg, keeping the leg extended, lift the foot with the hip abductor and then with support on the "glide" leg bring the knee to ankle and return the leg to it's extended position. Once the Knee to ankle sequence is complete place the extended leg back on the ground and then transfer your weight over to repeat the sequence. Focus on control and stability.
